Refund Policy

For Products Yantra/Kavach

•  Customers are requested to order carefully & with full consideration.

• Any cancellation of Yantra/kavach order by customer after the placement of order but before energizing and or request us within 48 hours after order will attract cancellation charges of 25% of total amount.

• Any cancellation of Yantra/kavach order by customer after energizing will attract 75% cancellation charges of total amount.

• No cancellation or refund will be made once the Yantra/kavach have been shipped sent by us to the customer.

• No cancellations will be entertained for the products that have been obtained on special occasions like Navratra, Diwali, Holi, Akshay Tritiya, MahaShivratri, Sawan or Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited period offers and are subject to no cancellation.

• No Refunds/Returns for any of our Spiritual/Parad items.

• For banking expenses information, each subscriber should consult directly to their bank; GRAHNAKSHATRA.COM will not take any responsibility.

For Astrology/Vastu/Numerology Services

• No Cancellation or Refunds will be made once the service is provided through e mail / telephone / Personal Meeting as per the order requirement. Since the charge is for our time and efforts.

• Any complaint should be placed within 24 hours after when; you receive the products/Parcel by email or phone mentioned in grahnakshatra.com.

For out of India

If the Customs authorities of your country levy any charges or any duty or tax on your order, you will be contacted or billed by them directly or through the couriers, and you will be responsible for this charge. This means that any Customs Duties or any other Duties if levied by the custom authorities of the recipient’s country are to be paid by the recipient in their respective country.
Please note that Shipping Charges cannot be refunded.
